At Rosie Etienne, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase; if your garment isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
